Delivery and Returns
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch items brought from the shop within 3 working days, if for any reason this is going to take longer, you will be notified. Custom orders will take longer if I have to source the specimens or particular frame/dome etc, but this will all be discussed when making the order.
Delivery is free to anyone in the U.K, I do not currently ship outside of the U.K but this is something I am looking into.
Your item will be posted via Royal mail tracked 24 so should be with you between 1 - 3 working days, but please note we cannot be held responsible for postal strikes or delays.
Returns policy
If items have arrived damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item and we will replace or fix the item. If the Item can not be fixed then a replacement will be sent where possible. If for any reason the item cannot be replace e.g. - specimens are not in stock or can be sourced then we will issue a refund for the Item.
We accept returns for unwanted items if;
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Returned items must be shipped back in the condition you received them in . We will not cover the postage for unwanted items. Please ensure you package your items well, to reduce the risk of damage in the post and have enough compensation in the unfortunate event they are damaged on the way back to us.
We do not except returns for custom orders due to the nature of this ork - thank you for your understanding in advance. We will of course fix or replace a custom order that has been damaged due to delivery.
